The Parasitic BRAIN WEEVIL and other temporal anomalies

Brain Weevil 

After fleeing the collapsing wave function of their native sphere, these cute little creatures can be found scattered about any bustling metropolis. Identifiable by the telltale lump on the nape of its host’s neck, the Brain Weevil burrows through the skull to feast on the tasty brain juices of the host and bestows gifts of temporal manipulation. Brain Weevils cannot talk but, will manipulate chronowaves projecting information to nearby creatures.

Bone Weevil

 This tiny creature is not to be confused with its larger sentient cousin.  Bone Weevils should be approached with caution. Although they spend much of their life cycle solitary feeding on calcified detritus such as scatter shells or bones, this species can be extremely dangerous when they brood. After the last frost they will form large mating swarms searching for living hosts. Any unlucky creature will find itself helpless due to the Bone Weevil’s paralytic bite as the creature deposits its eggs in calcium rich regions of the victim’s body
